- Mentorship & Coaching — one-to-one guidance from mentors who’ve navigated disability and work themselves.
- Online Courses & Training Programs — practical, self-paced courses on freelancing, entrepreneurship, and career skills, designed around how disabled people actually work.
- Community & Events — a global community of disabled professionals, founders, and allies, plus live sessions and workshops.
- Microgrants for Tools & Resources — small grants for the practical things that unblock work, offered as funding allows.
Founded by Lucy Kovalova-Woods, whose own journey through chronic illness and caregiving inspired this mission, WKG Foundation combines real-world expertise with digital accessibility, psychological insight, and a powerful partner network to transform lives.

As of today, we provide a variety of free online courses designed to support career transitions into flexible remote jobs, freelancing opportunities, and home-based or hobby-based businesses. In addition, we offer Mentorship & Coaching for personalized guidance—all at no cost to you.
At a later date, we plan to expand our support by offering financial or in-kind assistance to help with your transition. Depending on available funding and donations, this may include software, hardware, equipment, or materials to support various types of new career paths.
