At the WKG Foundation, we believe no one should be left behind due to a diagnosis or a disability—visible, invisible, or dynamic.
We are a purpose-driven social enterprise committed to creating flexible, inclusive career and business opportunities for individuals navigating visible and invisible disabilities, health challenges, caregiving responsibilities, or life transitions.
Our mission is rooted in dignity, financial independence, and meaningful self-realization. Whether you want to transition to freelancing, start a remote-friendly job, or build a passion-driven business from home, we are here to guide and support you at every step—with compassion and customized tools.
Founded by Lucy Kovalova-Woods, whose own journey through chronic illness and caregiving inspired this mission, WKG Foundation combines real-world expertise with digital accessibility, psychological insight, and a powerful partner network to transform lives.
Let’s build a future that works for everyone—one that values flexibility, autonomy, and human potential.
As of today, we provide a variety of free online courses designed to support career transitions into flexible remote jobs, freelancing opportunities, and home-based or hobby-based businesses. In addition, we can connect you with a coach or mentor for personalized guidance—all at no cost to you.
At a later date, we plan to expand our support by offering financial or in-kind assistance to help with your transition. Depending on available funding and donations, this may include software, hardware, equipment, or materials to support various types of new career paths.
