Our Collaboration Process is Simple
Step 1: Find the Partner (WKG Foundation Team)
We identify a credible and well-regarded coach, career adviser, business professional, or subject-matter expert who wants to contribute knowledge while increasing their visibility across the WKG Foundation community.
Together, we select a subject that aligns with the professional’s expertise and meets the needs of our learners. We also agree on how the partner will be credited and featured.
Step 2: Prepare the Script and Structure (WKG Foundation Team)
The WKG Foundation’s team prepares a complete first draft on the partner’s behalf. This includes:
- A course overview
- Intended audience
- Learning objectives
- Structured course outline
- Full draft script
- Suggested exercises, examples, or learning activities
- Supporting resources, where appropriate
The partner begins with a developed draft rather than a blank page, significantly reducing the time required to participate.
Step 3: Partner Review (You)
The partner reviews the proposed course structure and script in detail. They can:
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Add professional insights and practical examples
- Identify content that does not reflect their approach
- Recommend additions, removals, or revisions
- Suggest resources or tools for learners
- Ensure that the material accurately represents their professional expertise
Where changes are requested, the partner explains the intended reasoning so our team can incorporate the feedback accurately.
Step 4: Final Approval & Co-author Recognition (You & WKG Foundation Team)
Our team incorporates the requested revisions and works with the partner until both parties approve the final course structure and script.
The partner is then formally recognized as a co-author, expert contributor, or collaborating professional for that specific course. Production does not begin until the partner has confirmed that the material accurately reflects their knowledge and professional position.
Step 5: Production and Launch (WKG Foundation Team)
WKG Foundation’s Team manages the production process using AI-supported and digital tools. Depending on the course, formats may include:
- Video lessons
- Audio versions
- Full transcripts
- Plain-language summaries
- Downloadable resources
- Exercises and knowledge checks
- Accessible digital learning materials
Partners are not required to record themselves, appear on camera, or manage production. However, self-recording an introduction, lesson, or short expert message remains available for professionals who would like to be more visibly involved.
Step 6: Feedback and Review (Clients)
Once approved and produced, the course is published through the WKG Foundation platform.
The contributing professional may be featured through:
- A partner or contributor profile on our website
- Co-author acknowledgement on the course page
- Links to their professional website or LinkedIn profile
- Social media and newsletter features
- Course-launch communications
- Future articles, interviews, webinars, or collaborative activities
After publication, the partner and learners can provide feedback on content accuracy, structure, pacing, usefulness, and accessibility.
Optional Monthly Mentorship
Professionals who would like to deepen their involvement may volunteer approximately one to five hours per month to offer mentorship, group guidance, a question-and-answer session, or a short professional consultation to WKG Foundation participants.
This optional contribution allows professionals to:

- Better understand the challenges facing people with disabilities and chronic health conditions
- Demonstrate their coaching or advisory approach
